Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven State Head – Punjab to lead our cattle feed operations in the state. This senior leadership role carries end-to-end responsibility for sales, distribution, P&L, and team leadership. The State Head will play a crucial role in strengthening Twaomev’s presence in Punjab, expanding distribution across every district, and leading a large sales team to consistent growth. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the entire cattle feed sales & distribution network in Punjab. - Appoint and strengthen distributors, super-stockists, and dealer channels across the state. - Directly supervise and guide a large team of ASMs, Sales Officers, and Territory Executives. - Build and execute state-level sales strategies to achieve volume, growth, and profitability targets. - Full P&L ownership including revenue growth, collections, and credit policy adherence. - Conduct farmer awareness programs, cattle nutrition campaigns, and brand-building activities. - Monitor competitor feed brands, pricing, and strategies; provide insights to Head Office. - Ensure distributor profitability and long-term farmer connect remain central to growth. - Coordinate with Head Office for supply chain, production, marketing, and reporting. Requirements - Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Dairy Science, or Business. MBA preferred. - 10–15 years of proven sales leadership experience in the cattle feed industry (strictly). - Strong expertise in state-level team handling, distributor development, and rural market management. - Demonstrated success in scaling sales and achieving high market share. - Financial acumen to manage credit, collections, and distributor accounts. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab.
