About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic General Manager – Fashion & Jewellery to lead a 40-store PAN India retail network. The role demands a proven retail leader with strong business acumen to drive profitability, operational excellence, and customer experience — across both offline and online channels.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor Zonal, Cluster, and Store Managers across India.
• Build, motivate, and retain a high-performing retail workforce.

Business Expansion & Growth

• Identify new markets and manage new store rollouts.
• Strengthen partnerships with vendors, landlords, and key stakeholders.

Operational Excellence

• Streamline SOPs and implement best practices in retail operations.
• Drive performance KPIs, productivity, and compliance across regions.

P&L and Budget Management

• Take complete ownership of financial performance and profitability.
• Manage ₹2–4 crore monthly online revenue through the brand’s own e-commerce platform, along with offline retail operations.

Merchandising & Inventory Control

• Optimize regional product mix and inventory levels.
• Manage replenishment cycles, minimize shrinkage, and improve sell-through.

Customer Experience Leadership

• Ensure brand consistency and superior in-store service.
• Lead engagement programs to enhance customer satisfaction.

Field Leadership

• Conduct store audits, business reviews, and team performance evaluations.
• Represent the brand at key events and business forums.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8–10 years of leadership experience in multi-store or regional retail operations.
• Proven expertise in P&L ownership, business scaling, and team development.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of fashion, lifestyle, or consumer retail sectors.
• Hands-on experience with E-commerce and Omnichannel Retail.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Strategic, energetic, and growth-oriented mindset.
