General Manager - Design

Responsibilities Role & Responsibility Oversee the design and development of Real Estate projects from conception to completion. Lead and manage the master planning process, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to incorporate innovative design solutions. Direct the landscaping efforts to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the projects. Develop and implement infrastructure design strategies that support sustainable development practices. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the design and development process. Provide leadership and guidance to the design team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve project milestones. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in design management processes. Behavioural Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field. Master's degree in Design Management or a relevant discipline (preferred). Minimum 20 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
