Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Dibrugarh East. The General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments, including guest services, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Responsibilities include maintaining high service standards, improving guest satisfaction, managing financial performance, handling staff management and training, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the General Manager will work closely with stakeholders to drive profitability and uphold the Cygnett brand values and service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management skills, including team building, conflict resolution, and staff training and development.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management experience.
• Proficiency in service standards, operations management, and hospitality protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and customer satisfaction practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience managing a mid-scale or upscale hospitality property is preferred.
