Head / GM – Transportation (Full Truck Load Business)


Full Truck Load (FTL) Transportation business


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end

    FTL transportation operations

  • Drive

    business development

    and acquire new clients
  • Expand operations and improve profitability
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and cost control
  • Lead and manage operations and sales teams
  • Travel

    10–15 days per month

    as required


Experience & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years

    of experience in

    Full Truck Load business only

  • Minimum

    5 years in a leadership role

  • Strong operational knowledge with sales exposure
