The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the guest home, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality guest services, and maintaining the property's standards. Responsibilities also include financial management, inventory control, guest relations, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or related field Strong leadership and team management skills Exceptional customer service and guest relations expertise Experience in financial management and budgeting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work on-site in Tada Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
