Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and strategic leader to design, drive, and deploy the
Organization Design strategy
and lead the
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy
across the company globally. This role is pivotal in shaping the organization’s future structure, culture, and workforce composition to support sustainable business growth.
Objective of the role
- To design and lead the consistent deployment of the Org Design strategy for the company globally.
- Design and lead the D&I strategy for the company with the objective of supporting the achievement of overall business goals and ensuring a strong diverse and engaged talent pipeline and overall workforce in the company.
Key Responsibilities ( Includes But Not Limited To)
- Organization Design
- Lead the strategy for Effective Organisation Design, to ensure appropriate organisation structures for the various stages in the evolution of the company.
- To ensure consistent deployment of these design principles across all areas of the business, whilst also taking into consideration uniqueness of certain business areas.
- Partner with business and HR leaders to define org structures, spans & layers, and workforce models and governance for agility, scalability, and performance.
- Conduct org diagnostics, benchmarking, and workforce planning for agility and efficiency.
- Lead org design interventions during business transformations, M&A, and workforce transitions.
- Drive required change and alignment
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
- Design and implement the DEI strategy, embedding inclusivity in all aspects of talent management.
- Build measurable initiatives to strengthen representation, equity in opportunities, and an inclusive culture.
- Benchmark best practices and bring innovation in DEI to ensure industry leadership.
- Design and implement DEI initiatives aligned with global and regional priorities.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive diverse hiring across all levels.
- Introduce measurable programs for inclusion (employee resource groups, awareness campaigns, policy enhancements).
- Track and report diversity representation and inclusion index scores.
- Change Leadership
- Drive change management programs to enable smooth adoption of new structures and DEI practices.
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure alignment of policies and practices.
- Talent Pipeline & Workforce Engagement
- Integrate DEI and OD practices into performance management, career progression, and engagement frameworks.
- Ensure employees experience equitable access to opportunities and resources.
Key Requirements
- 10–15 years of HR experience with specialization in OD, workforce planning, or DEI.
- Strong program management skills with ability to execute global initiatives at scale.
- Experience working with leadership teams during transformation projects (growth, restructuring, M&A).
- Proven record of driving measurable DEI results.
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
