Job Description

As a seasoned General Manager specializing in Construction & Civil for a reputed real estate company in Mohali, your role involves overseeing end-to-end construction operations. You will be responsible for managing project execution, civil engineering, and construction management to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of residential/commercial projects. - Supervise daily site operations to meet quality standards - Lead project planning and resource allocation - Coordinate with various stakeholders for smooth execution - Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations - Approve construction plans and manage costs and procurement - Conduct site inspections and present progress reports to senior management To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred) with 12-18 years of experience in real estate construction. Strong technical knowledge of construction techniques, project management, and structural design is necessary. Hands-on experience in managing multiple construction sites concurrently is required. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential, alongside proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools. Knowledge of local building codes, by-laws, and environmental regulations is also necessary. This full-time, permanent position is based in Mohali, Punjab. Your extensive experience of 10 years in construction is preferred for this role, and your physical presence at the work location is mandatory to drive operational excellence and process improvements effectively.,
