Job Overview: We are hiring a Junior CRM who is efficient in reconciliation, documentation , and has a strong grip on basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage real estate customer and internal coordination processes smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Handle reconciliation of payments and customer accounts Manage and maintain proper documentation of client files and project data Support accounting entries and tracking of customer dues Coordinate with clients for document submission, payment updates, and queries Prepare and update reports using Excel and Google Sheets Maintain CRM software and customer records Ensure timely follow-ups and support backend CRM operations Requirements: Strong knowledge of reconciliation and documentation Familiarity with basic accounting processes Good command of MS Excel/Google Sheets Prior experience in the real estate domain is preferred Excellent communication and follow-up skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total : 2 years (Preferred) Location: Zirakpur, Punjab (Preferred) Work Location: In person
