General Manager-Constructions

You are a seasoned General Manager specializing in Construction & Civil, responsible for overseeing end-to-end construction operations for a reputed real estate company in Mohali. Your role involves managing project execution, civil engineering, and construction management to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of residential/commercial projects. Your key responsibilities include supervising daily site operations to meet quality standards, leading project planning and resource allocation, coordinating with various stakeholders for smooth execution, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations. You will also be involved in approving construction plans, managing costs and procurement, conducting site inspections, and presenting progress reports to senior management. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred) with 12-18 years of experience in real estate construction. You must possess strong technical knowledge of construction techniques, project management, and structural design, along with hands-on experience in managing multiple construction sites concurrently. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills are essential, alongside proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools. Knowledge of local building codes, by-laws, and environmental regulations is also required. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Mohali, Punjab. Your extensive experience of 10 years in construction is preferred for this role, and your physical presence at the work location is mandatory to drive operational excellence and process improvements effectively.,
