Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Cherthala Kerala. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing business strategies, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory, improving sales performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Salary: 25,000/- to 35,000/- + Incentives and Bonuses

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills, including team building and conflict resolution
• Minimum 7 Years of Managerial Experience
• Language: Malayalam (Compulsory) , English (Preference given)
• Strong business acumen with expertise in sales, marketing, and customer service
• Operational management experience, including inventory control and logistics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and strategic planning skills
• Experience in the ceramic and granite industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Optional)

This is an onsite role and you will need to be in the office from Monday - Saturday. Often working till late. We prefer professionals who are living in and around area or are able to commute on a regular basis.
