About the Role

General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall

  P&L ownership

  , driving revenue, margins, and cost efficiency.
• Define and execute

  channel strategies

  across on-trade, retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.
• Develop and implement

  portfolio, pricing, and route-to-market strategies

  .
• Manage relationships with brand principals and key customers.
• Oversee

  supply chain, warehousing, and logistics

  operations.
• Ensure compliance with

  excise, VAT, customs, and local licensing

  frameworks.
• Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team aligned to growth and compliance KPIs.
• Drive

  data-driven decision-making

  through dashboards, CRM, and ERP insights.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree

  required;

  MBA or equivalent

  preferred.

• 15–18+ years

  of experience with at least

  7+ years in beverages or regulated product distribution

  at scale.
• Proven track record of

  brand portfolio management

  ,

  key account leadership

  , and

  revenue growth

  .
• Experience managing

  multi-site retail/wholesale operations

  and

  logistics environments

  .
• Strong understanding of
