Overall Role Summary: The General Manager (GM) will oversee the full operations, coordination, and administration of all companies under Arc Space Group (Arc Space Concept Studio, Pro & Sys PMC, ContArc, NextGeAi). The GM will ensure that all firms function smoothly, projects are executed efficiently, teams are coordinated, and the business grows under the CEO's vision. A. ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT Oversee daily operations of all firms and departments. Ensure smooth workflow across Design, Project Management, Construction, AI, Finance, Sales, HR, and Marketing teams. Implement internal processes and systems for better efficiency. Conduct regular management meetings and team reviews. B. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Monitor ongoing projects across design, interiors, PMC, contracting, and AI development. Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, Interior Designers, and AI Developers. Resolve project delays, conflicts, and client escalations. Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. C. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CLIENT RELATIONSHIP Support client acquisition, negotiations, and contracts. Attend major client meetings when required. Build strong long-term client relationships. Ensure high customer satisfaction across all services. D. SALES & MARKETING MANAGEMENT Oversee marketing, branding, social media, and digital presence. Supervise the Sales & Client Relations team. Approve marketing plans, lead generation activities, and advertising budgets. Work with media, business development, and digital marketing teams. E. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Work closely with accounts team to ensure financial health. Monitor cash flow, payments, invoicing, and cost control. Assist CEO in financial planning and budgeting. Approve major expenses and purchases under authority levels. F. HUMAN RESOURCE & TEAM DEVELOPMENT Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and staff evaluations. Set clear KPIs, performance reviews, and growth paths for staff. Resolve staff issues, conflicts, and disciplinary matters. Promote a strong team culture and training programs. G. AI & TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION Coordinate with NextGeAi team on AI integrations for business automation. Review technology upgrades, tools, and digital workflows. Ensure smooth tech adoption across companies. H. REPORTING & CEO SUPPORT Prepare weekly/monthly reports for CEO. Highlight issues, risks, and progress across divisions. Act as CEO’s representative in his absence. Implement CEO’s business plans and vision.
