What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage all administrative, financial, legal, regulatory, and compliance functions
• Establish and maintain systems for accounting, payroll, vendor management, and procurement
• Work with external consultants, vendors, and regulators to ensure statutory compliance (ROC, GST, TDS, etc.)
• Build internal financial processes, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and MIS reports
• Assist founders in fundraising, reporting, and contract management
• Support HR operations (contracts, policies, onboarding, insurance, etc.)
• Be a go-to resource for non-technical matters, helping the team stay focused on science and innovation
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or related field (MBA/CA/CS a plus)
• 6+ years of experience in administrative, financial, and compliance roles—ideally in startups or small companies
• Familiarity with Indian regulatory frameworks (ROC, CAA, GST, Income Tax, etc.)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and people skills
