Senior executive / Manager - HR

You will be working for a well-known CA firm located in Bangalore with work timings from 9:30 to 6:00, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays working. The work location will be in BTM Layout, Bangalore. Your key responsibilities will include handling end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles and conducting onboarding, induction, and documentation for new employees. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation, managing attendance, leave tracking, HR MIS reports, and calculating salaries, deductions, reimbursements, and bonuses. In addition, you will be organizing employee engagement activities and internal events to promote a positive and collaborative work culture. You will also be involved in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal audit requirements, and coordinating performance reviews and feedback sessions while supporting training and development initiatives. To be eligible for this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Commerce, or related field and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
