Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the companys financial strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives.
Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Establish and develop the finance department, including setting up financial processes, policies, and systems from the ground up.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Implement robust internal controls and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax filings, audits, and financial disclosures.
Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as necessary.
Monitor and manage the companys cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
Optimize the capital structure and manage relationships with bank and financial institutions.
Oversee treasury operations, including foreign exchange management, hedging, and investment activities.
Oversee all aspects of corporate taxation, including planning, compliance, and reporting.
Ensure efficient tax management and optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, bankers, auditors, and regulators.
Leverage technology to enhance financial processes, reporting, and decision-making.
