Educational Qualification

Bachelor s Degree

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 years of experience in a relevant field

post qualification

Key Responsibilities

General Affairs
role, including:
Administrative duties at the Vadodara office
Support for HR personnel:
Purchase Orders (PO)
Airline ticket arrangements
Hotel reservations
Airport transfers
Vehicle arrangements and management
Visa procedures
HR schedule management
Local staff support
Risk management and emergency response

Required Skills & Competencies

Ability to
communicate in English
Willingness to
live in Vadodara
( work for other locations as per project needs)
Strong knowledge of
HR processes
(onboarding, payroll, performance management, statutory compliance)
Experience in
training coordination
and
employee engagement activities
Vendor management

procurement expertise

MS Office
and basic
IT troubleshooting
Excellent
organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills

communication and interpersonal abilities
