Mandatory Skills: GenAI/LLM-(React/Flutter/Angular), back end (Node.js/Python), and AI/ML

• We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with deep generative AI expertise who will be the go- to person for technical aspects for an upcoming AI-application app (currently in stealth).
• You will assist with the architecture, development, and lead the integration of the front end, back
• end, and AI engine.
• Thus, ensuring that the app delivers a user-centric experience tailored to the unique needs of our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack & AI Integration

• Architect and implement the full technology stack, integrating the front end (web/mobile), back end with the AI.
• Develop and deploy AI-driven features such as modules, routines, and conversational simulations, that adapt to regional and cultural contexts.
• Ensure seamless data flow and user experience across the user journey in the app.

GenAI Development & Customization

• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for regional language support, emotional intelligence, and cultural sensitivity.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and feedback loops to continuously improve AI capabilities and user engagement.
• Integrate AI-based simulations for various scenarios, enabling users to engage, receive feedback, and have confidence in the app.

User-Centric, Culturally Adaptive Solutions

• Collaborate with product, UX, and content teams to ensure all AI outputs are practical, resonant, and relevant for users from diverse backgrounds.
• Build features that track and visualize user progress in confidence, engagement, and experience.

Technical Leadership & Hands-on Delivery

• Serve as the primary technical expert and mentor for the engineering team, setting best practices for GenAI integration, security, and scalability.
• Lead by example with hands-on coding, code reviews, and rapid prototyping.
• Stay current with GenAI advancements and identify opportunities to enhance the app’s core value proposition.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business and user needs into robust technical solutions.
• Communicate complex AI concepts in accessible ways to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 - 7 years of software development experience, with at least 1 - 3 years in GenAI/LLM- based product delivery.
• Proven track record integrating front end (React/Flutter/Angular), back end (Node.js/Python), and AI/ML components in production environments.
• Expertise in customizing and deploying LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Google, open- source) for conversational and simulation use-cases.
• Experience with regional language processing, emotion detection, and culturally adaptive AI solutions.
• Familiarity with speech technology (ASR/TTS), vendor database, and prompt engineering.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure), CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to balance technical depth with user empathy and business impact.
• Experience building AI-powered B2C apps.
• Familiarity with psychometric and behavioral assessment tools.
