Job Description

LTIMIndtree is seeking a GEN AI Specialist for our Quality Engineering team in Bengaluru.


GenAI Accelerated Test Automation,

  • Assess the test automation landscape and identify use cases and areas for leveraging GenAI (e.g., test design, script generation, code review, code refactoring, migration, data generation, etc).
  • Evaluate and select GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI APIs, FusionIQ, etc.) based on compatibility with tech stack and goals.
  • Define ROI metrics for GenAI usage (effort savings, defect detection rate, script coverage, etc.).
  • Framework Enhancement with GenAI Capabilities and ways of working
  • Inputs on Context setting – Application / Business/ Techniques / Best Practices
  • AI-based test case generation from user stories/ Test cases
  • Self-healing locators via ML models
  • Smart test data synthesis using GenAI
  • Ensure GenAI-generated artifacts follow coding, compliance, and audit standards.
  • Create a

    GenAI Automation bible

    that defines:
  • When and where to apply GenAI
  • Review cycles for AI-generated scripts

  • Human-in-the-loop checkpoints

  • Maintain

    traceability & version control

    of GenAI-generated artifacts.
  • Work with testers, developers, and AI teams to align expectations and ensure effective use of GenAI.
  • Plan on training, onboarding, and guidelines for teams to leverage GenAI safely and efficiently.
  • Set up feedback loops from test execution to continuously improve Context quality and output.

Use analytics to track effectiveness (e.g., pass rates of AI-generated scripts, false positive/negative reduction).
