Position Overview

We are hiring experienced and proactive professionals for the role of GeM / Tender Executive to strengthen our government business through platforms such as GeM, CPP Portal, Tender Tiger, and various PSU & State tender systems. The role involves complete ownership of tender sourcing, evaluation, documentation, submission, and follow-up until final award.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company profiles and catalogues across GeM, CPP, CPWD, PWD, PSU portals, and private e-tender platforms

• Identify relevant bids daily, evaluate technical & commercial requirements, and prepare comprehensive tender documents

• Submit Normal, Custom, and Bunch bids, and participate in Reverse Auctions on GeM

• Coordinate with OEMs for model validation, documentation, and technical clarifications

• Attend pre-bid meetings (if required)

• Track evaluations and follow up with buyers till order finalisation

• Handle empanelments and renewals with CPWD, PWD, and PSUs

• Maintain MIS on bid submissions, evaluations, success ratio, and revenue conversions

• Coordinate with sales, technical, and finance teams for seamless execution

Candidate Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in GeM, CPP, CPWD, or government procurement

• Knowledge of AV, IT, Electronics, and Office Automation product categories

• Expertise in GeM bid formats: Normal, Custom, Bunch & Reverse Auction

• Strong understanding of GFR 2017, GeM terms, CPP norms, and tender compliances

• Experience coordinating with OEMs and matching exact technical specs

• Excellent documentation, communication, and reporting abilities

• Familiarity with Tender Tiger, IndiaMART, and private tender portals

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PDF tools, and tender dashboards

• Ability to work under tight deadlines with a proactive mindset
