JOB SUMMARY:

The GCC (Global Capability Center) Sales Head / Account Manager (IT Services) will be responsible for driving revenue growth by overseeing the entire sales cycle for IT services within Global Capability Centers. The role requires a strategic, customer-centric approach, leveraging deep market knowledge to acquire new logos and expand existing accounts.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategy: Create and manage strategic sales initiatives to exceed revenue targets for the GCC segment in the Indian market.
  • Expand market presence: Identify and target key industries, such as Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) or Life Sciences, to grow the company's footprint within the GCC ecosystem.
  • Acquire new logos: Lead new business pursuits, from lead generation and qualifying opportunities to creating proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Drive high-value deals: Build and sell high-value, strategic deals, including transformation programs, new capability center setups, and vendor consolidation.
  • Revenue & Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed predefined revenue goals for IT services in the GCC market. Meet or surpass sales volume and profitability targets for new and existing accounts.

Account Management and Client Relations

  • Cultivate relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, including GCC Center Heads and C-level executives.
  • Drive account growth: Manage a portfolio of existing GCC accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase market share and revenue.
  • Ensure client satisfaction: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their specific pain points and aligning IT service offerings to meet their business needs.
  • Implement governance: Develop and execute a governance framework for strategic accounts to ensure seamless service delivery and continued client engagement.

Leadership and Operations

  • Lead sales efforts: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales or account management team, fostering a culture of passion and success.
  • Collaborate internally: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as delivery, pre-sales, and marketing, to ensure effective solutioning and client experience.
  • Monitor performance: Use analytics and sales data to track team performance against targets and refine strategies for meeting sales goals.
  • Manage operations: Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including pricing, contracting, margin management, and sales reporting.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA often preferred.
  • Proven track record of 10+ years in enterprise sales and business development, with significant experience in the GCC segment. Must have a successful history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • A deep understanding of GCC operating models, market trends, and the priorities of GCC leadership is essential.
  • The ability to understand complex client needs and apply IT service solutions to address them.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A good level of technical or solution expertise in IT services is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the region to meet with clients.
