Drive thought leadership with research teams and identified partners to help companies develop stronger India strategies.
Establish a marketplace for BPM companies in India to connect with potential clients and organize Conclaves, roundtables, and other networking sessions to enable industry networking.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of the IT-BPM industry and its trends.
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech or consulting, with the ability to create strong pitch decks and marketing messages.
Proven track record of forming partnerships and working with vendors/partners.
Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with executive presence and the ability to articulate and converse with CxOs.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build networks to influence and gain support.
Strong stakeholder management skills, including upward, peers, and juniors, with the ability to influence and gain support.
Education: B.E / MBA.
Must have experience in project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Preferable experience in raising funds and gaining sponsorship.
Specific knowledge, skills, and travel requirements include strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to articulate and converse with CxOs.
