Game Designer

• Teach across Diploma and Advanced Diploma programs in Game Design.
• Deliver hands-on instruction in:
• Game Development using Unity and/or Unreal Engine
• 2D/3D Game Art and Animation
• Game Mechanics and Level Design
• Scripting for Games (C#, Python, or Blueprints)
• UI/UX for Games
• Concept Art and Storyboarding
• Mentor students on capstone projects, portfolios, and internships.
• Update curriculum to stay aligned with industry trends and technologies.
• Conduct workshops, game jams, and industry collaborations.
• Assist in evaluation, internal reviews, and exhibition planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.
• 2+ years of teaching or relevant industry experience in game development.
• Proficiency in Unity or Unreal Engine is mandatory.
• Strong foundation in digital art, 3D modeling, or game programming.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Augmented/Virtual Reality development is a plus.
• Knowledge of design software: Blender, Maya, Substance Painter, ZBrush, Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
• Passion for gaming culture, innovation, and student development.
