Game Designer

As a Game Designer, your primary responsibility is to design gameplay experiences and game features that enhance player engagement, retention, and monetization in mobile games. You will focus on creating game content that excites players while maintaining a balanced in-game economy to optimize game performance. - Design gameplay experiences and game features to improve player engagement, retention, and monetization in mobile games. - Create clear feature documentation, diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and game design documents. - Analyze feedback, test results, and analytics to provide constructive suggestions for design improvements. - Pitch new ideas, participate in brainstorming sessions, and collaborate with game designers, developers, artists, and testers to achieve common goals. - Minimum 1+ years of experience in designing casual mobile games or similar entertainment products. - Graduation from NID university would be advantageous. - Experience in shipping or working on social, casual, or freemium games or entertainment products, especially on mobile platforms, is highly beneficial. - Solid understanding of UI and UX principles, basic knowledge of 2D/3D graphic tools like Photoshop and Illustrator, and familiarity with Balancing & Game/Product Economy concepts. - Ability to generate creative solutions, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative attitude. - Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a goal-driven approach. - Previous experience in social games and a degree in Game Design or a related field would be advantageous. - Passion for games is a fundamental requirement to thrive in this dynamic and innovative environment.,
