Fundraising Manager

Application invited for selection of candidate for recruitment on Contractual Basis for the Post "Fundraising Manager" in CREFTDA at Jashipur of Mayurbhanj District.

Educational Qualification:

A degree in marketing, communications, business, development studies, social work, or a related field.

Age Limit:

25 - 40 year

Experience:

• Minimum 2 -5 years of relevant experience in guided fundraising, donor engagement, or resource mobilization in the nonprofit or corporate CSR sectors.
• Proven track record of raising funds from multiple sources (individual donors, CSR, HNIs, foundations, institutions, or government bodies).
• Experience in developing fundraising strategies and donor retention plans

Fundraising Skills:

• Ability to research, identify, and build relationships with potential donors.
• Strong proposal writing and documentation skills.
• Understanding on LFA/RBM/concept note/ proposal /budget
• Having Interest on fundraising concept
• Having interest in social media, website updating etc
• Acceptance to rejection and putting consistent effort to achieve the target.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Odiya (other language skills is an added advantage).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present ideas persuasively to different donor audiences

Other Eligibility Criteria:

An applicant in order to be eligible for the post must be –

(i) A citizen of India,

(ii) Good mental condition, sound, health, good physique & active habits, free from physical defects likely interface with discharge in the service.

(iv) Should be able to utilize and manage stipulated time period

(v) Willingness to travel extensively across the given locations

(vi) Ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with a wide range of people

(vii) Preference should be given who have experience in NGO sector

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
