Company Description Libaas Welfare Foundation is a registered non-profit organization founded on 20th July 2021, dedicated to transforming lives through education, skill development, and community empowerment. We bridge the educational and social gap for underprivileged children and youth in rural and slum communities in India. Our work includes providing free educational support, school supplies, and mentorship, skill-based and vocational training for unemployed youth, health and hygiene awareness campaigns, and creating sustainable community learning models. We aim to make education accessible and empowerment achievable. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fundraising Manager located in Howrah. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with major donors, communicating effectively with stakeholders, managing philanthropy and charity initiatives, and overseeing annual giving campaigns. The Fundraising Manager will also be expected to develop and implement fundraising strategies, track and report on fundraising progress, and explore new fundraising opportunities. Qualifications Experience with Major Donors and Annual Giving Strong Communication skills Knowledge of Philanthropy and management of Charities Proven ability to create and execute fundraising strategies Track record of successful fundraising campaigns Excellent organizational and project management skills Bachelor's degree in Communications, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field
