Proven track record of raising funds from multiple sources (individual donors, CSR, HNIs, foundations, institutions, or government bodies). Experience in developing fundraising strategies and donor retention plans Fundraising Skills: Ability to research, identify, and build relationships with potential donors. Strong proposal writing and documentation skills. Understanding on LFA/RBM/concept note/ proposal /budget Having Interest on fundraising concept Having interest in social media, website updating etc Acceptance to rejection and putting consistent effort to achieve the target. Communication and Interpersonal Skills : Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Odiya (other language skills is an added advantage). Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Ability to present ideas persuasively to different donor audiences Other Eligibility Criteria: An applicant in order to be eligible for the post must be – (i) A citizen of India, (ii) Good mental condition, sound, health, good physique & active habits, free from physical defects likely interface with discharge in the service.
