Fundraising Manager

Role Overview: At Youth Feed Foundation (www.yfi.org.in), a 80G exempt & CSR registered not for profit society, you will be the Fund Raising Manager responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, securing financial support, and building relationships with donors, corporate partners, and grant-making institutions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the sustainability and growth of YFI's initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive individual and corporate donations. - Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors, ensuring personalized engagement. - Identify and apply for grants, sponsorships, and CSR funding opportunities. - Lead fundraising events, online campaigns, and crowdfunding efforts to maximize contributions. - Track fundraising progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure transparency in financial contributions. Qualification Required: - 4+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development. - Strong networking and communication skills to engage with HNIs, corporates, and philanthropic organizations. - Experience in grant writing, CSR funding, or crowdfunding platforms is a plus. - Passion for social impact and nonprofit work, with a results-driven approach.
