Our mission has positively impacted over 10 million lives, and we are currently looking for a passionate Fundraising Manager to lead our fundraising and donor engagement strategies for our new initiatives. As the Fundraising Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement fundraising strategies, secure financial support, and nurture meaningful relationships with donors, corporate partners, and grant-making institutions. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring the sustainability and growth of YFI's initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Fundraising Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute innovative strategies to encourage individual and corporate donations. Donor Engagement & Management: Cultivate and sustain relationships with current and potential donors, ensuring personalized and engaging interactions. Grant Applications & Partnerships: Identify and pursue grants, sponsorships, and CSR funding opportunities. Event Planning & Campaigns: Lead fundraising events, online campaigns, and crowdfunding activities to maximize contributions. Reporting & Impact Analysis: Monitor fundraising progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and uphold transparency in financial contributions. What We're Looking For: - 4+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit development. - Strong networking and communication skills to engage with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), corporates, and philanthropic organizations. - Experience in grant writing, CSR funding, or crowdfunding platforms is advantageous. - Passion for social impact and nonprofit work, with a results-driven mindset.
