Assistant Marketing Manager

Youth Feed India is looking for a creative, purpose-driven marketer to amplify our mission of empowering underserved communities. This role is perfect for someone who can blend storytelling, digital strategy, and performance marketing to drive awareness, fundraising, and community engagement.

What you’ll do

• Craft compelling impact-driven copy for social media, newsletters, donor campaigns, and more.
• Manage and grow YFI’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Run and optimize campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads with a focus on awareness and fundraising.
• Apply SEO principles to strengthen YFI’s digital presence.
• Track performance and share insights to continuously improve outreach and engagement.

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years in digital marketing/social media/content marketing (NGO/social sector exposure a plus).
• Strong copywriting & storytelling skills with empathy and authenticity.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
• Basic SEO knowledge and comfort with content optimization.
• Strategic yet creative mindset with the ability to balance cause-driven storytelling with measurable results.
