Fundraising Executive

We are looking for a Fundraising Executive, responsible for generating funds for Ashish Foundation by sourcing contacts and converting them into donors.

This is an entry-level job based in Delhi and we prefer a candidate based in Delhi/NCR only.

Experience: Between 1-2 years, preferably NGO space.

Responsibilities:

Data Sourcing and Management

• Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Fundoodata, Google search and from offline networks of the decision makers of donating and funding /partnering with NGOs from the HR and Marketing departments of companies in the business of Smartphone, e-commerce, IT product, IT services, FMCG, Pharma, Insurance Co, Banks, Travel &Leisure, Apparel brands, Airlines, Education Institutions, Automobile dealers, Telecom, Jewelers and Real Estate, banks etc
• Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization

Fundraising Meetings

• Preparing for meetings via structured research about target donor
• Having effective FR meetings to:

o Understand the NGO ecosystem of the donor/company/individuals

o Position Ashish Foundation as the best choice for the donor

o Generate opportunities for the donor to donate

Fundraising Proposals

• Create presentations based on the donor requirements
• Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate proposals and budgets

Donor Conversion

• Negotiate win-win deals
• Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines

Donor Co-ordination

• Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the donor prospects and nurture donors
• Be the interface between the donor and the operations team during the partnership

Fundraising events and campaigns

• Organise, Co-ordinate and plan events to raise funds

Qualifications:

Degree: Common fields include nonprofit management, business administration, marketing, or communications.

Nonprofit Experience: Prior work in nonprofit organizations is highly valuable.

Fundraising Experience: Direct experience in fundraising activities, event planning, donor relations, or grant writing.

Skills
