The Fundraising Executive will be responsible for designing and executing fundraising campaigns, fostering relationships with donors, preparing grant proposals, and identifying new funding opportunities. Daily tasks include creating compelling pitches, managing donor databases, organizing virtual or on-ground fundraising events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role also requires tracking fundraising progress and providing detailed reports to stakeholders. Qualifications Strong fundraising, donor relationship-building, and grant writing skills Experience with organizing events and implementing fundraising campaigns Knowledge of donor management software and CRM tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strategic planning, organization, and time management abilities Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with teams Passion for community development and prior experience in nonprofit settings is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
