We are looking for a Fundraising Executive, responsible for generating funds for Ashish Foundation by sourcing contacts and converting them into donors. This is an entry-level job based in Delhi and we prefer a candidate based in Delhi/NCR only. Experience: Between 1-2 years, preferably NGO space. Responsibilities: Data Sourcing and Management Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Fundoodata, Google search and from offline networks of the decision makers of donating and funding /partnering with NGOs from the HR and Marketing departments of companies in the business of Smartphone, e-commerce, IT product, IT services, FMCG, Pharma, Insurance Co, Banks, Travel &Leisure, Apparel brands, Airlines, Education Institutions, Automobile dealers, Telecom, Jewelers and Real Estate, banks etc Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization Fundraising Meetings Preparing for meetings via structured research about target donor Having effective FR meetings to: o Understand the NGO ecosystem of the donor/company/individuals o Position Ashish Foundation as the best choice for the donor o Generate opportunities for the donor to donate Fundraising Proposals Create presentations based on the donor requirements Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate proposals and budgets Donor Conversion Negotiate win-win deals Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines Donor Co-ordination Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the donor prospects and nurture donors Be the interface between the donor and the operations team during the partnership Fundraising events and campaigns Organise, Co-ordinate and plan events to raise funds Qualifications: Degree: Common fields include nonprofit management, business administration, marketing, or communications. Nonprofit Experience: Prior work in nonprofit organizations is highly valuable. Fundraising Experience: Direct experience in fundraising activities, event planning, donor relations, or grant writing. Skills Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging donors and stakeholders. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and network effectively. Project Management: Skills to manage campaigns, events, and timelines. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze fundraising data and trends to inform strategies. Position: Physiotherapist (for Children & Adults with Autism and other Developmental Disabilities) Reporting to: Program Manager On-site location: Dwarka, West Delhi Job Summary: This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist located in New Delhi. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing and creating customized treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. Daily tasks include conducting physical therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed. Monitoring includes progress of growth, checks on the range of movements of joints, the strength and flexibility of muscles, the range of functional abilities such as coordination, and the development of physical skills and motor abilities of students. Key Responsibilities: · The ultimate goal is to improve students' physical function, alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life. · Your job involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with physical impairments, disabilities, injuries, or conditions that affect their mobility, function, and overall quality of life. · Your job is to use a variety of techniques and interventions to help students regain or improve their physical abilities. · The physiotherapy program designed for a student should be customized to meet the specific needs of the student, to alleviate his or her physiological complaints. · Consult with parents to assess their physical conditions and learn more about their symptoms and challenges. · Reviewing students’ medical history and referrals, occupational therapists, and teachers. · Educating parents and/or their caregivers on injury prevention and how to manage physical conditions at home. · Visiting patients at their homes and at other facilities on a limited basis. · Keeping detailed students’ records, updating treatment plans when needed, and complying with government physiotherapy regulations. · Staying up to date with the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy. · Complying with regulations and maintaining high standards of student care. · Working with OT & PT team and also with teachers and the program team. · Send regular and timely reports as specified by your supervisor. · To join the community outreach visit to identify children and young adults and provide our therapies at their homes. In this role, you will have to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children and young adults. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication challenges. · Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student/intern’s needs. · Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices. · Collaborate with families, caregivers, special educators, and other therapists to ensure an integrated approach to care. · Maintain detailed records of student/intern progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. · Educate and guide parents and caregivers on strategies to support therapy goals at home. · Attend training sessions, programmatic meetings, and workshops as planned by Ashish Foundation.
