Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fundraising Consultant with some work-from-home flexibility. The Fundraising Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, and conducting prospect research. They will work closely with the team to plan and implement fundraising campaigns, secure philanthropic support, and oversee annual giving programs.

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in fundraising or development, especially with NGOs, social enterprises, or sustainability-driven ventures.

• Strong networks with donors, CSR heads, philanthropic institutions, or grant-making bodies.

• Ability to research, craft, and submit compelling proposals.

• Creative approaches to identifying and securing diverse sources of funding.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

🛠️ Your Responsibilities

: • Develop and implement fundraising strategies aligned with our core programs

. • Identify and pursue potential donors, grant opportunities, CSR collaborations, and partnerships

. • Prepare tailored proposals and donor decks

. • Maintain clear documentation and periodic progress reports

Qualification

• Proficiency in Fundraising and Philanthrop
• yExperience with Planned Giving and Annual Givin
• gStrong skills in Prospect Researc
• hExcellent communication and interpersonal skill
• sAbility to work independently and within a tea
• mExperience with CRM and other fundraising software is a plu
• sBachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fiel
