Role Description :

xtrawrkx global ventures (XGV) as subsidiary of xtrawrkx is looking for fundraising consultant to join us in helping our clients in their fundraising & financing journey. This is a contract , part time role with opportunity to join us in working with various emerging EV startups , incubators , investors etc.

KRAs :

1. Investor Relations : Map investors in ecosystem and invite them in our "free & fair " community
2. Financial & business modeling for clients to prepare them for fundraising & financing
3. Project management : Manage ongoing projects working with both internal staff and third party investment banking companies.
4. Assist in developing & delivering "Detailed project reports DPR" for client Data room for faster DD process for investors.
5. End to end support for EV startups representing XGV in projects.
6. Assist and help conduct networking events and business meetings.

Qualifications :

1. Engineering degree with management course is a plus
2. Min 5 yr of experience
3. Self investor network in EV space is a welcome distinction
4. Proven history of fund raising for startups
5. Former co-founders who have raised funds themselves are welcome to join.
6. Independent consultants not working somewhere are preferred.

Benefits & Perks :

1. Retainers only for Junior consultants - Senior will only be shared revenue from projects.
2. Revenue share : 5%-25% depending on seniority & scope of project taken up.
3. Equity : Potential ESOPs at XGV
4. Access to 500+ EV investors , family offices , VCs , EV startups in EV ecosystem

Notes : Not a full time role , please do not apply if you can sustain yourself on prolonged projects where success fee is usually realized in 8-10 months.
