Fundraising Consultant

About the Role

Talentlo is looking for an experienced Fundraising Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Drive fundraising strategy and execution.
Raise capital from VCs, angels, and funds.
Advise on company valuation, deal structuring, and investor relations.
Support founders through pitch, negotiation, and due diligence.

Requirements

Proven experience raising
$1M+ for startups
.
Strong investor network (VCs, angels, family offices).
Deep knowledge of fundraising and startup finance.
Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and proactive.

Compensation

1–3% of capital raised with ESOPS (success fee only, no salary).
Opportunity to transition into CFO role
upon successful fundraising.
Remote, flexible consulting engagement.
