Job Post Project Coordinator (Full time) Location Jaipur, Rajasthan Experience Minimum 2 Years Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative and support services to the Project Manager and team. Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and status reports. Schedule and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders. Coordinate the allocation and utilization of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and supplies. Track project expenses and prepare detailed reports for reimbursement and budget monitoring. Manage project communications, including drafting emails, preparing presentations, and maintaining project records. Assist with project initiation, planning, monitoring, and evaluation activities. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues. Contribute to the development of project proposals and fundraising strategies. Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards Conduct community outreach to identify and engage potential project participants. Raise awareness about healthcare services and educate community members about the importance of preventive care and early detection and treatment of diseases. Mobilize community members to participate in project activities, such as health screenings, vaccinations, and health education sessions. Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate access to healthcare services for project participants. Work with community leaders to identify and address barriers to healthcare access. Collect and maintain data on project activities and participant outcomes. Contribute to the development and implementation of communication and outreach strategies. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a relevant field. - Master’s degree will be preferred. Skills & Experience: 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the healthcare or non-profit sector. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic MS Office knowledge required; advanced skills desired. Fluency in Hindi & English is a must. Strong Liaisoning skills with government departments Passion for development and commitment to improving healthcare outcomes in underserved communities.
