Job Description

Senior Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Operational Delivery:
Produce daily operational deliverables in line with client
service level agreements (SLAs)
.
Support the conversion of new clients and existing migrations in line with our standard operating model.
Configure and maintain interfaces used to capture transaction data.
Issue Resolution & Process Improvement:
Work with internal and external clients to resolve any open trade capture issues.
Assist in verifying test results for all in-house system enhancements.
Work with teams both inside and outside of Pre-Production to identify and implement
process improvements
.
Team Support:
Assist operations staff in resolving day-to-day issues.
Coach junior staff
to help them develop their skills.
Participate in the daily handover of open tasks to ensure a seamless workflow.

About You

Education & Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's level degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant professional designation (
CFA, CGA, CMA, CA, CPA
).
Experience & Knowledge:
Experience in Financial Services with exposure to Operations processing.
Product knowledge of Domestic, Global, and OTC security markets, including
Fixed Income and derivative products
.
Skills:
Comfortable with the
Microsoft Office suite
, specifically
Excel
.
