Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with a strong background in leading Odoo ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing Odoo projects, demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. This role requires a proactive and decisive leader who can drive teams to achieve project goals while ensuring that Odoo projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational objectives.
  • Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams, including Odoo developers, consultants, and business analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Define and communicate project goals, deliverables, and expectations clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and risks, and drive execution to meet key milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring consistent alignment with project scope and client expectations, and proactively address any issues or challenges.
  • Lead project status meetings, ensuring transparent communication and timely resolution of project risks or changes.
  • Ensure successful integration and customization of Odoo ERP modules, collaborating with technical and functional teams to drive efficient project outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide team members, providing support and feedback to ensure successful project delivery and professional development.
  • Foster strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Take ownership of project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost-effective solutions.



Qualifications:


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in managing Odoo ERP implementation projects with a proven track record of successful delivery.
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, guide, and manage both technical and non-technical teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Odoo ERP modules, including Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, and others.


Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving results and fostering collaboration.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, risk management, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex project challenges effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
