Job Description

As an ideal candidate for the role of NAV/BC Implementation Specialist, you should have 2-3 years of work experience and be based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around NAV/BC implementation, specifically in Finance and Trade & Logistics operations. Here is a breakdown of what will be expected from you: **Role Overview:** You will be expected to handle Dynamics Business Central / NAV projects, working closely with customers and the development team. Your expertise should cover all stages of implementation, from requirements gathering to troubleshooting. Additionally, you will be involved in full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics BC / NAV. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct business requirements analysis and documentation - Implement Dynamics NAV/D365 BC projects, including configuration, testing, training, and documentation - Create high-quality functional documentation and gather requirements effectively - Collaborate with developers and clients, serving as a communication point - Provide consulting services both onsite and offsite, interacting with clients daily - Support existing clients and map business scenarios in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 BC - Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and configure Microsoft Dynamics applications - Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and team management skills - Conduct polished and professional presentations and public speaking engagements **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in at least 2 end-to-end implementations - Ability to analyze client business requirements and objectives effectively - Attention to detail and a good understanding of business processes - Excellent English communication and documentation skills - Strong client-facing skills If you possess the technical skills in Business Central customization, data migration, and integration, along with the desired soft skills for client interaction and communication, you are the perfect fit for this role.
