· 10+ years of experience in PLM with at least 6+ years in Teamcenter functional roles.
· Proven experience in architecting and delivering large-scale Teamcenter implementations.
· Deep understanding of PLM concepts, product lifecycle stages, and engineering change processes.
· Strong knowledge of Teamcenter data model, BMIDE, and configuration best practices.
· Experience in integrating Teamcenter with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
· Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Siemens Teamcenter certification (Functional or Architect level).
· Experience with Teamcenter integrations (e.g., SAP, NX, Creo, SolidWorks).
· Exposure to Teamcenter Reporting & Analytics (TcRA), Visualization, and Multi-site setups.
· Knowledge of Teamcenter Active Workspace customization and deployment.
