Min Experience: 5 yearsLocation: IndiaJobType: full-timeWe are seeking an experienced Fullstack Engineer with a strong command over Java and React to join our dynamic technology team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in building scalable, high-performance web applications and enjoys end-to-end ownership of software development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using Java for backend services and React for frontend interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build reusable components and libraries for future use and ensure consistency across applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance across different devices and browsers.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Java, including experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot or similar.
• Solid experience in React.js and front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests and maintain high code quality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced startup or product-based environment
