FullStack Developer(FastAPI, Go, Hasura, Postgres)

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fullstack developer, who will be responsible for development and implementation of technology solutions using FastAPI, Go, Hasura, and Postgres. Responsibilities include managing software development projects, defining and executing IT strategies, leading the technology architecture and product development, and ensuring the alignment of technology initiatives with business goals. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and maintain high standards of performance and security.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development, particularly with FastAPI, Go, Hasura, and Postgres
• Experience in Project Management and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Expertise in IT Strategy and defining technology roadmaps
• Strong knowledge of Technology Architecture and integrating complex systems
• Experience in Product Development and bringing innovative solutions to market
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Previous experience in the GIG economy application/Food delivery/Ride-Hailing development industry is a plus
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee development team and ensure timely delivery.
• Audit system architecture (FastAPI, Go, Hasura, Postgres).
• Design scalable infra with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring.
• Ensure system compliance and payment security.
• Lead deployment strategy (staging → beta → production).
• Conduct handover workshops and documentation for smooth transition.
• Drive long-term tech roadmap after Soft launch.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in a senior/lead role.
• Strong experience with

  backend infra & architecture

  (FastAPI, Go, Hasura, Postgres).
• Knowledge of

  cloud infra (AWS)

  , Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience setting up CI/CD, monitoring, and load testing.
• Strong understanding of

  data privacy & security compliance
