Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dehradun for a Full Stack Trainer. The Full Stack Trainer will deliver engaging training sessions on front-end and back-end web development, mentor students, and assist them in building projects. Responsibilities include preparing course material, evaluating student progress, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure top-notch training. The trainer will serve as a technical mentor, providing guidance and support while ensuring quality learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular
• Proficiency in back-end development tools like Node.js, Express.js, and database management systems such as MongoDB or MySQL
• Strong understanding of full-stack architecture, RESTful APIs, and deployment processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentorship skills to guide students effectively
• Ability to design and deliver training materials, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback
• Knowledge of industry standards and ability to adapt to rapidly evolving web development trends
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in training, teaching, or technical mentoring is a plus
