Role Overview

Full Stack SEO Executive


➜ If you can audit, optimize, build content clusters, fix technical issues, rank for intent-based keywords, and make AI search engines choose your page as the answer—you’re the one.


Key Responsibilities

✅ End-to-end SEO ownership: Technical + On-page + Off-page + Content + Local SEO + AEO

✅ Perform full website SEO setup, optimization, and ranking for WordPress & Shopify sites

✅ Conduct keyword research, competitor mapping, topical clustering, and SERP intent analysis

Google’s AI Overviews (AEO)

✅ Handle technical SEO: site speed, indexing, schema, core web vitals, crawl issues, etc.

✅ Develop & execute white-hat link-building strategies (guest posts, PR, partnerships, etc.)

✅ Manage content strategy with blog calendars, content briefs, & EEAT-focused guidelines

✅ Run SEO audits and build strategy plans with timelines, KPIs, and performance tracking

✅ Optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) for local SEO ranking + review growth

✅ Work with Dev/Design teams to implement fixes when required

✅ Track, report, and improve performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.


Must-Have Skills

🔹 2+ years of SEO experience with proven ranking results

WordPress + Shopify

answer engine optimization (AEO)

🔹 Hands-on with schema markup, structured data & entity SEO

🔹 Clear understanding of EEAT, topical authority, and SEO for AI crawlers

🔹 Able to identify and fix technical issues without dependencies

🔹 Experience with tools: Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog / GSC / GA4 / Surfer / etc.

🔹 Ability to plan & execute link-building campaigns (not just directory submissions)

🔹 Strong communication & documentation skills (reports, strategy docs, content briefs)


Bonus Points If You:

⭐ Have ranked a website from scratch for high-intent commercial keywords

⭐ Understand CRO, landing page optimization, and SEO-led funnels

⭐ Know how to build content silos + internal linking architecture

⭐ Have experience with AI SEO tools & programmatic SEO

⭐ Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, result-driven environment


Education

Degree is optional. Skill and proof of results matter more.
