About the Role: As our Google Ads and Facebook Ads Media Buyer , you ll craft, execute, and scale high-ROI advertising campaigns across Google Search Ads , Google Display Ads , Shopping Ads , and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for our healthcare and D2C clients. Your campaigns should deliver qualified leads, sales, and consistent revenue growth. This is a Performance Marketing role your success metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager . Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation. Develop Custom Audiences , Lookalike Audiences , and Retargeting campaigns. Write ad copies, test creatives, and collaborate with designers for high-converting ad visuals. Analyse campaign data in Google Analytics , Facebook Business Manager , and other reporting tools. Monitor budgets, bid strategies, and daily performance to hit KPIs. Keep up-to-date with Google Ads Policy , Facebook Ads Policy especially compliance for healthcare advertising . Report performance insights and optimisations regularly to the client servicing team. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years as Google Ads Manager , Facebook Ads Manager , or Performance Marketing Specialist for healthcare or D2C ecommerce brands . Hands-on knowledge of Pixel Setup , Conversion Tracking , Event Optimization , and CAPI . Deep understanding of Funnel Optimisation , Landing Page CRO , and A/B Split Testing . Strong analytical skills confident with Excel , Google Sheets , and campaign reporting dashboards . Good written and verbal English communication. Self-starter mindset with hunger to deliver profitable PPC campaigns .
