Hiring: Full Stack Tech Lead (React | Next.js | .NET Core | Microservices | Travel Tech)

We’re looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead with over 7 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using React, Next.js, .NET Core, Microservices, SQL Server, and MongoDB. If you have a background in Travel Technology, we’d love to talk to you!

Tech Stack & Experience Required:

Frontend: React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redux, Tailwind (preferred)
Backend: .NET Core (C#), REST APIs, Microservices architecture
Databases: MS SQL Server, MongoDB
Cloud & DevOps (preferred): Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Tools: Git, Postman, Swagger, JIRA, VS Code/Visual Studio

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of full stack applications.
Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions.
Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and QA teams for high-performance delivery.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure coding best practices.
Own project delivery timelines and ensure high-quality releases.
Contribute to system architecture and future tech roadmap.

Preferred Qualifications:

7+ years of full stack development experience.
Proven expertise in React, Next.js, and .NET Core.
Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of microservices and cloud-native architectures.
Previous experience in the travel technology domain (B2C, OTA, GDS integration, etc.) is a big plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
