Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Travel Sales Consultant to handle inbound and outbound airline calls. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of airline reservations, fare rules, along with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to airline bookings, flight changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries.

Assist customers in selecting suitable flight options based on budget, schedule, and preferences.

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by identifying customer needs and offering best-value options.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Upsell ancillary services such as seat selection, baggage, and travel insurance.

Provide excellent post-sales support and resolve issues efficiently.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

Stay up-to-date with airline policies, fare rules, and promotional offers.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in airline sales or travel agency call center.

Strong knowledge of global airline networks, fare structures, and travel documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to work in shifts and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
