Job Description


  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using

    .NET Core and Blazor

    .
  • Build responsive and user-friendly UI using

    Blazor and Syncfusion components

    .
  • Develop and optimize backend services and APIs.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of full stack developers.
  • Design and manage databases using

    SQL Server

    .
  • Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned scripts.
  • Collaborate with product owners, QA, and stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned modules and projects.
  • Assist in effort estimation, sprint planning, and task allocation.
  • Track team progress and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in

    C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET

    .
  • Hands-on expertise with

    Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly)

    .
  • Experience using

    Syncfusion UI components

    .
  • Strong proficiency in

    SQL Server

    , database design, and query optimization.
  • Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of Git or similar version control systems.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in leading or mentoring development teams.

Added Advantage (Good to Have)

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
