Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategies for

    international business growth

    and market penetration.
  • Manage end-to-end

    Digital marketing & Email campaigns

    targeted at overseas clients and partners.
  • Handle and grow client accounts (B2B & B2C and OEMs) in

    international regions (especially US, Europe, Middle East, etc.)

    .
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Tech, Support, Sales) to align business goals and customer expectations.
  • Lead and mentor a

    small team

    of sales/marketing executives to meet international sales targets.
  • Conduct

    market research

    , competitor analysis, and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and responses to international client queries.
  • Participate in

    international trade shows

    , online demos, and conferences as needed.

Key Skills Required:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in

    international sales/business development

  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and CRM platforms

  • Experience handling international clients (B2B preferred)

  • Team management and leadership abilities

  • Excellent negotiation and client-handling skills

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field)
  • MBA/PGDM is an added advantage
